All the bookings can be made through the website or phone number. If you choose to book through the website, we will contact you on the email to confirm the booking.
No. Your booking is not confirmed until we verify the availability of the chosen group. After verifying, you will receive an e-mail informing you if your booking was accepted or denied.
To rent a vehicle you must be at least 21 years old and have a drivers license for more than one year.
Pick-up and drop-offs can be done on our office in the city center or in the Lisbon airport if you are flying.
Payments are always done in person when we deliver the vehicle. You can pay by card or cash.
Bookings can be canceled at any time, free of charge, but the costumer must notify the agency as soon as possible.
Yes, you can add an additional driver to your booking without any extra costs as long as the drivers documents are valid in Portugal.
The rental is only valid inside Portugal. If you pretend to drive outside Portugal you must contact our agency. Driving outside Portugal will always require a payment of an extra fee.
The SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is an optional insurance that you can choose to do when you do your booking. This insurance exempts the costumer of responsability in case of a car crash, damages in the car or broken windows (for vehicles of economic and medium class). Undercarriage, tires, the interior, fuel tank and bad usage of the vehicle are never included in this insurance.
Fines received during vehicle rental are always costumer's responsability.
Tolls are always costumer's responsability. If the costumer chooses to rent the toll device, the payment of tolls will be done in our office uppon the vehicle return. If not, the costumer will have to pay the tolls on the highway if possible or go to a post office in case of eletronic tolls.
