CAR RENTAL GENERAL CONDITIONS
Minimum rental – One Day (24 hours)
Driver’s age – Minimum of 21 years
Driver’s licence – Valid in Portugal with one year of driving experience
Rates include:
- Trip assistance 24H
- Unlimited mileage
- VAT
- Public liability insurance and property damage, fire and theft of the car (except luggage), with an excess (responsibility of the client) according to the table (excluding bad usage or negligence of the vehicle). It is also available a personal accidents insurance (PAI).

Important warnings
The rental ends on the day fixed by the client when he starts it and mencioned in the rental agreement. If an extension is required, it must be requested in advance and fully paid, otherwise client will be driving without insurance and will be holding the car unduly. In this case, authorithies will be notified.
Territoriality
The rental is valid in Portugal mainland. For other countries, clients must contact Olivauto to get an international insurance authorization to cross the border.
